​Assumption of Risk​

I understand that Wild Wonders Play Café is an indoor play environment that includes play structures, toys, climbing/soft play elements, and active play. I understand that participation in play activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, falls, collisions, running injuries, contact with toys/equipment, and interaction with other children.

I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for my child’s safety and well-being while visiting Wild Wonders Play Café. I understand that Wild Wonders staff are present to support a safe environment but are not responsible for supervising my child. I am responsible for supervising my child at all times.

Release of Liability​

In consideration of admission and participation, I, on behalf of myself, my child, and our heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Wild Wonders Play Café, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and landlords from any and all liability, claims, demands, injuries, damages, medical expenses, or losses arising from participation in activities at Wild Wonders Play Café, including those caused by ordinary negligence.

This waiver applies to injuries or incidents that may occur inside the facility, in play areas, restrooms, seating areas, party rooms, or surrounding property.

Health & Illness Policy​

I confirm that my child is in good health and able to safely participate in play activities. I agree not to bring my child if they are sick, including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious illness, or symptoms of infection.

I understand that Wild Wonders Play Café is not responsible for the transmission of illness, including viruses or bacteria.

Rules & Safety Policies​

I agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions. I understand that:

• Grippy socks are required for children and socks are required for adults in the play area
• Shoes are not permitted in designated play spaces
• Running, rough play, and unsafe behavior are not allowed
• Parents/guardians must remain onsite at all times
• Food and drink are allowed only in designated areas
• Outside food may be restricted except for approved parties or medical needs
• Wild Wonders reserves the right to remove any guest engaging in unsafe behavior without refund

Medical Treatment Authorization​

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Wild Wonders Play Café to seek necessary medical care for my child and I accept responsibility for any resulting medical expenses.

Personal Belongings​

I understand Wild Wonders Play Café is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
