Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Wild Wonders Play Café is committed to providing a positive experience for every family. Because we reserve time, space, and staffing for each booking, the following refund and cancellation policies apply. This policy is clearly disclosed in accordance with New York State consumer protection guidelines.

Open Play Reservations

• Reservations may be rescheduled or credited up to 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Birthday Parties

•All party deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least one month prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made less than one month in advance are not eligible for a deposit refund.

Special Events, Classes & Workshops

• All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
• If Wild Wonders cancels an event, a refund or credit will be issued.

Memberships & Passes

• Monthly memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime—no long-term obligation. Please note that all payments are non-refundable
• Annual memberships are non-refundable after 14 days

If Wild Wonders Cancels

In the event of weather closures, unexpected facility issues, or other circumstances requiring closure, affected reservations will receive a refund or credit at our discretion.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
