Created and led by Renee, a certified Early Childhood & Special Education teacher with 15+ years of experience, Wild Wonders Academy offers thoughtfully designed enrichment classes for young children in a fun, nurturing and engaging environment.
​
Our small-group classes use play-based, hands-on learning to encourage creativity, curiosity, confidence, social-emotional development and early learning skills — all while allowing children to learn in the way they do best: through play.

From toddler exploration to preschool readiness, each program is intentionally designed to meet little learners where they are while helping them grow, connect and discover.

Little Explorers — 18 Months- 3 Years
Tuesdays | 9:45–10:30 AM

6-week session | $225 per child | Maximum 8 children per class
Little Explorers is a 6-week, play-based enrichment class designed especially for toddlers and their grown-ups.
Led by Renee, a certified early childhood educator, each 45-minute class combines music, movement, stories, sensory exploration, art and hands-on activities designed to encourage curiosity, creativity, early learning and social development.
Each week will feature a new theme and thoughtfully planned activities that allow little ones to learn through what they do best — PLAY!
What a Class Might Look Like:
Welcome + Circle Time
Hello song, simple routines, songs and introduction to our weekly theme.
Story Time
An engaging age-appropriate book connected to the week’s theme.
Explore + Create
Sensory play, process art, fine-motor activities or hands-on exploration.
Music + Movement
Dancing, instruments, movement games and gross-motor fun.
Closing Circle
A simple goodbye routine to wrap up our class together.

Ready, Set, Preschool! is a 6-week, play-based early learning class designed to help little learners build the skills and confidence they’ll use as they prepare for preschool and beyond.
Led by Renee, a certified Early Childhood & Special Education teacher, each 45-minute class introduces children to preschool-style routines while keeping learning fun, hands-on and developmentally appropriate.
Through stories, songs, games, art and engaging activities, children will practice early literacy and math skills, fine-motor development, following directions, taking turns, participating in a group and building independence.
The goal isn’t to rush little ones into academics — it’s to help them become comfortable, confident and excited about learning!
What a Class Might Look Like:
Welcome + Circle Time
Hello song, calendar concepts, simple classroom routines and an introduction to our learning focus for the day.
Story + Early Literacy
Interactive read-alouds, rhyming, letter and sound awareness, vocabulary and other playful pre-reading activities.
Hands-On Learning
Counting, sorting, colors, shapes, patterns and simple early math concepts explored through games and hands-on materials.
Fine-Motor + Pre-Writing
Playdough, tracing, cutting, gluing, drawing and other activities designed to strengthen the little hands needed for future writing skills.
Social-Emotional Learning
Practicing listening, following directions, taking turns, sharing, expressing feelings and becoming more comfortable participating in a group.
Closing Circle
A quick review of what we learned and a simple goodbye routine to end our class together.

6-Week Parent + Child Communication Group | Ages 2–4
Join us for a fun, play-based Saturday morning experience led by pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Corey Baker, MS, CCC-SLP.
Toddler Talk & Play is designed to support communication, language, and social development through engaging, child-centered play. Each week includes a mix of songs, books, movement, sensory activities, pretend play, and social interaction, with real-time parent coaching and simple strategies families can use at home.
Saturday Morning Schedule
9:00–9:45 AM | Open Play
Enjoy time exploring the Wild Wonders play space before class.
9:45–10:30 AM | Toddler Talk & Play
Participate in an interactive, SLP-led group designed to encourage communication, connection, and social interaction through play.
10:30–11:00 AM | Open Play
Continue playing while naturally practicing strategies and ideas introduced during class.
