These perks are available only to Founding Members and are our way of saying thank you for supporting Wild Wonders from the start 💚
✨When do Founding Membership benefits begin?
Annual memberships begin when redeemed, so your membership starts on your first visit—not the date of purchase. Monthly memberships start the date of purchase.
✨How long does my founding price last?
Your founding rate is locked in for as long as your membership remains active. If your membership is canceled, paused, or lapses for any reason, the founding rate is forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
✨Are Founding Memberships limited?
Yes. Founding Memberships are limited in quantity to ensure availability, priority booking, and a great experience for all families. Once these spots are filled — Founding Memberships will close permanently.
✨Is the Founding Membership refundable?
Founding Memberships are non-refundable once Wild Wonders opens. If there are unexpected delays prior to opening, we will communicate transparently with all Founding Members.
✨Can I transfer my Founding Membership?
No. Founding Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered child or family.
✨Does a membership guarantee entry at any time?
Memberships do not guarantee walk-in entry. All visits are subject to:

Posted policies and operating hours
Founding Members receive priority booking, which provides earlier access than the general public.
✨Are parties and special events included?
Parties and ticketed events are not included with membership admission. However, Founding Members receive 10–15% off parties, events, and merchandise.
✨What ages is Wild Wonders designed for?
Wild Wonders is designed for young children ages 0-7. Adult caregivers must remain on-site during play.
✨Can benefits or hours change?
As a new business, some programming, hours, or offerings may evolve as we grow. Any changes will be communicated clearly. Founding pricing and priority booking will always be honored while the membership remains active.
